4. Orders and Payment

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  • Orders must be paid in full before shipping.

  • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways available on the website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, typically within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

  • SØMER is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • You are entitled to a properly functioning product. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Our liability will never exceed the purchase amount.
